Terms of Use
The conditions governing access to and use of Axiomatic DeedLock™ and VOAC™ verification services.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms govern access to Axiomatic DeedLock™. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. If you lack authority or do not agree, do not use the service.
Service role
DeedLock provides an additional verification and audit signal concerning owner authorization. It does not replace a recorder, title search, title insurance, legal opinion, notarial act, closing instruction, governmental determination, or any legally required filing.
A VOAC™ reflects the information, controls, and status recorded at the time shown. It is not a guarantee of title, identity, ownership, enforceability, absence of fraud, or acceptance by a government office.
Authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use assigned roles only for legitimate authorized purposes, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not evade access controls, falsify authorization, interfere with audit records, probe the service without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or use DeedLock to facilitate unlawful conduct.
Organization responsibilities
Participating organizations remain responsible for their personnel, workflow decisions, legal compliance, records, notices, identity procedures, document review, integrations, and independent professional judgment. Organizations must assign roles consistent with separation-of-duties requirements.
Intellectual property
Axiomatic DeedLock™, VOAC™, the DeedLock design, software, workflows, certificates, documentation, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Axiomatic LLC. No ownership, trademark, or other intellectual-property right is transferred except through a written agreement.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued for security, maintenance, legal, operational, or commercial reasons. Pilot features may change before general availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Axiomatic LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Liability and remedies may be further defined by an applicable pilot, subscription, or institutional agreement.
Contact
Questions about these Terms or institutional use may be submitted through the pilot-request form.
